This is show #67, Bottled Up In Blues!
Welcome back, my friends! Well, the last few interview shows have been great, but I’ve gotten bottled up and backed up with other music to play and that’s why this show is going to be called Bottle Up In Blues! We’ve got lots of different style blues in the show! New Orleans flavored blues, rhythm and blues, electric blues, jazzy blues, soulful blues, roots blues, funky blues… Just a smorgasbord in blues! So are you ready to get Bottled Up In Blues? I hope so! Crank it up my friends, we’re off and running!
Well, we started off with the Braille
Blues Daddy Bryan Lee playing Lowdown and Dirty.
Who else we gonna hear from other than Bryan? How about Memphis Gold, Come Wit Me; The
Laurie Morvan Band, My Baby Says;
Mitch Kashmar, Dirty Deal
(Live); Anni Piper, Blues Before Sunrise;
Kate Hart, Bad Girl Blues; Stacy Mitchhart, Blow On ‘Em Baby;
Popskull and High Art, Oh Shout;
The Robert Ross Band, Let the Good
Times Roll; Lady Bianca, Lay Down Like You Mean
It; The Soul of John Black, Last Forever;
and finishing up with Watermelon Slim and the Workers
playing Bubba’s Blues!
A special thank you always goes out to
Michael Allen and the Crossroads Blues
Gallery for the excellent artwork
that enhances my web pages!
