This is show #61, Giving Thanks to the Blues.

Welcome back, my friends! I’ve got a great show for you! Since Thanksgiving is right around the corner it made me think about things I’m thankful for! So this show is simply about giving thanks for great blues music! Crank it up my friends, we’re off and running!

After Tommy, Lil’ Ed and the Blues Imperials treat us to Hold That Train; followed by The Legendary Rhythm and Blues Revue with Whammer Jammer; The Jackie Payne Steve Edmonson Band, Mean Evil Woman; Omar Kent Dykes and Jimmie Vaughan, Big Boss Man; Laurie Morvan Band, A Long Time Ago; James Cotton, Corey Bell, Junior Wells and Bill Branch, Hit Man; Albert Cummings, Blues Makes Me Feel So Good; Albert Collins, Brick; Rene Trossman, I Wonder Why; Bob Petrocelli, Lady With A Plan; Albert Castiglia, Twister; Mitch Kashmar, Lollipop Mama; and Doug MacLeod with Turkey Leg Woman.

This is show #60, Braille Blues Daddy Blues for the first part of November, 2008.

Hey, welcome back! I’ve got a special show for you this time! I’m going to feature an artist nicknamed the Braille Blues Daddy! It’s the one and only Bryan Lee! I saw him recently on the Kenny Wayne Shepherd DVD “Ten Day’s Out”. I was asked if I had any interest in interviewing him before he had a local concert! I was thinking “Are they crazy? Of course!” So are you ready to hear an interview and some of the Braille Blues Daddy’s Blues? I hope so! Crank it up my friends, we’re off and running!

Well, we started off show #60 with Bryan Lee singing 29 Ways. Who else can we expect to hear from on this Braille Blues Daddy Blues Show? No one else!  It’s all about Bryan! We’ll hear him play such great tunes as Barefootin’, Don’t Joke With The Stroke, Blues Singer, Take It Like A Man, Flat Foot Sam, and Lowdown and Dirty!

Special thanks to Justin Time Records, Bryan Lee, Bethany Lee, Kerry and the Blue5 Restaurant!  A special thank you always goes out to Michael Allen and the
Crossroads Blues Gallery for the excellent artwork that enhances my web pages!

Be sure to swing by the BluzNdaBlood home page! There are hyperlinks to find Bryan’s great music and a DVD that he has too! It comes highly recommended by the BluzNdaBlood show!

Please keep in touch! I love hearing from everyone! Tell me what I’m doing right or tell me what I’m doing wrong! You can e-mail me at dave@bluzndablood.com.
